Professional Engineering Mission
Hargrove Engineering, LLC, is a service disabled veteran owned small
business [SDVOSB] and minority business enterprise [MBE], that is a
professional engineering firm led by the company’s Chief Engineer Fred
Hargrove, Sr. PE , MBA..  Fred is one of the 19,500 living University of
Cincinnati
College of Engineering alumni.

Hargrove Engineering provides an array of complimenting engineering
programs that spans the gap between science and application.
We are a
full service professional engineering firm that can manage projects around
the world through our relationships.

We have strong research program experience with
biosafe laboratories, upto
and including level 4 labs.  From 1983 to 1986 Fred was a government
employee in Frederick, Maryland in the
National Cancer Institute of the
National Institutes of Health (NIH) as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.  Here he
was responsible for 67 medical research buildings and was asked to join the
Board of Directors at NIH in Bethesda Maryland.  

He designed Pharmaceutical labs, Chip Manufacturing Facilities., Infectious
Disease Control Centers and was responsible for Engineering at Water
Reclamation Plant at
Fort Detrick. where he was co-opted by the United State
Army to provide engineering support for their “experiments” at Fort Detrick.

Fred is a graduate of a internationally renowned cooperative work experience
with
Mitsubishi Electric's space technology where he worked on designing
their moon habitats.

In addition we apply our engineering services across every major building
system - mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural.  
We have worked  
- on some of the industry's most complex, innovative projects. We collaborate
using sophisticated software and computing solutions to seamlessly
integrate creative, sustainable engineering solutions into the building design.



As a engineering firm it is our mission to bring to America a new urban
infrastructure that recognizes the talent in our inner cities.  This includes being
a supporter of  STEM Schools [Science, Technology, Engineering, and
Mathematics] and Fred serves on the board of one of the first elementary
STEM school's in the nation.
