Hargrove Engineering, LLC, is a service disabled veteran owned small
business [SDVOSB] and minority business enterprise [MBE], that has
experience as a engineering firm in planned unit developments.
A PUD is a designed grouping of varied and compatible land uses, such as
housing, recreation, commercial centers, and industrial parks, all within one
contained development. Many if not all are next to planned retail
developments that include a variety of food service options and hospitality
options.
Using our core competencies in systems engineering and integration
services [SE&I]; architecture, engineering and construction management
[AEC], HAVC and plumbing solutions; technical engineering services [TES];
information and communications technology services [ICT]; environmental
and energy services (ESG), and; Research & Development (R&D) we plan to
create a network of Inner City Planned Unit Developments.
Each of these PUD's will be L.E.E.D. based, using a inner city [50%]workforce
taught to be next generation Green workers. They will be centers of
development related to the arts, entertainment, gaming, film, and multimedia
material used in educations as well as multimedia broadcast complexes.
Among the first cities that we will propose for these PUD's will be:
